Event Description
This event is hosted at Cleveland State University and is made up of all participating schools in OMEA District 4 and OMEA District 7.

The festival features one large chorus and two concert bands selected by director recommendations.

Details
Each student pays a small participation fee to offset the cost of food and the clinicians. Cleveland State does not charge OMEA a facilities fee.
