Details:
Fostoria City Schools is seeking a full-time Elementary Music Teacher for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. 
This position may be filled by a licensed music educator or a qualified long-term substitute.  There is potential for the position to extend into the 2026-2027 school year.  


Position Highlights:

  • Provide engaging, age-appropriate music instruction for elementary students.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and student growth.
  • Collaborate with building staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success.
  • Participate in school events and performances, as appropriate.


Qualifications:
  • Valid Ohio teaching license in Music (preferred)
  • Long-term substitute candidates with relevant music education experience will be considered
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for working with elementary-aged students
