  • Music educators or supervisors of music in the State of Ohio approved to present a non-sponsored session(s) must provide for their own travel, food and housing arrangements. This includes university faculty and private applied music educators.
  • DO TO NOT USE THIS PORTAL if your session is promoting a specific product or publication, (Industry Showcase). Industry Showcase sessions may only be presented by exhibiting vendors, (fee incurred in most cases). Contact the OMEA business manager for more information.
  • Clinicians presenting sales-focused sessions through this process will be barred from future events.
